In response to the connectivity outage, we addressed the issue by checking the network infrastructure and troubleshooting faulty lines in various departments. We traced the existing wiring to identify the cause of the outage and then set up new cables to ensure the successful restoration of a stable internet connection.

The task I was given was to encode a formal request letter with the help of our IT Specialist, Sir Brenn. This task helped me practice writing a professional document and making sure all technical details are properly written.
