"I am currently encoding the technical specifications for a laptop computer into the system. This task helps me become more familiar with the technical specifications while ensuring that all records for office equipment are accurate."

In response to the connectivity outage, we addressed the issue by checking the network infrastructure and troubleshooting faulty lines in various departments. We traced the existing wiring to identify the cause of the outage and then set up new cables to ensure the successful restoration of a stable internet connection. The task I was given was to encode a formal request letter with the help of our IT Specialist, Sir Brenn. This task helped me practice writing a professional document and making sure all technical details are properly written .

Week 5 of my  On-the-Job Training (OJT) As part of our journey as interns at the ICTO, we’ve found a way to balance our technical tasks with a bit of work. We’ve started planting our own vegetables right here at the office, creating a small garden that we can harvest from our daily meals. Because every  lunchtime, the ICTO team gathers to cook together. I had the opportunity to assist Sir Charles, the ICTO Programmer, in troubleshooting and restoring the network connectivity for the Engineering department.

Week 4 of my  On-the-Job Training (OJT) On Mondays I kick off the week with dedication and discipline by joining our flag-raising ceremony. Helping with the QR code attendance system makes perfect sense right after the ceremony in order to facilitate a check-in process that is not only smooth but also well-organized for everybody. I was given a job during my OJT to fill out and handle locator slips, a crucial administrative activity that guarantees the accountability and orderly flow of work in the office. Through thorough recording of the staff's movement, their locations, and what they were doing officially, I am understanding the value of accuracy and professional practices in the actual world. Besides improving my ability to focus on details, this giving me a chance to understand the significance of minor, indispensable chores that make an organization function efficiently every day.
